Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy:

Biene Care offers complete trust and transparency on all the purchases with us to all our customers. 

Our products are non returnable. However, we do consider returns of purchased items under the following conditions: 

  • Wrong product

  • Expired

  • Damaged

  • Delayed beyond 15 days of delivery 

In case of any of the above circumstances, the product purchased can be returned within 7 days of delivery. 

Before returning a product, please ensure that it is in good condition and of course not used . 

Replacement/ Refunds:

We usually ship new products as replacement, once we get the returned ones.

If any user does not want replacement then they have to inform the same within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case we refund the amount to them. For prepaid orders, we either give them shopping points or refund to  their cards directly. For any other form of payment we issue direct NEFT / IMPS 

Cancellation Policy:

After placing the order, if user wishes to cancel, they should write to  info@bienecare.com or call us at WhatsApp at: +91-9818805290 within 24 hours.
